All students are required to stay in-campus in the residence halls. With our intimate class size,students have the opportunity to know one another. Furthermore, students are organized on the basis of their seniority (for example first year students live in one area and so on). Residence Hall Coordinators work closely with students to assist in providing the best living experience. Residence facilities improvement and modernization as well as its ICT networking are the major focus area of improvement.
All faculties, administrative staff, registered students and other admitted members are entitled to usethe library resources, services and facilities without any limitation. The College library is open for24/7 during semesters and working hours’ service between semesters. The majorities of library resources (printed and or electronic) are available for loan and can be borrowed by eligible usersexcept those materials that are reserved. Inter-library loan (among defense colleges and othereducational institutions) service may be provided by the Library on request of those institutions based on prior agreement with the College. The Library also keeps and make available for readers allstudents project reports and research results. Networking activities and enhancing the electronic librarycollection will be given due attention.

Audio-visual equipment: comprise a comprehensive suite of modern instructional audio-visual tools, including overhead projector (OHP), video cassette recorder, laser disc player and video projector. College Food Service branch provides catering services for morning, afternoon, and evening functions in two dining halls and one lounge. The menu is developed by the Ministry of National Defense for its employees living in compass. The College logistics support will provide enough food to ensure that everyone is served adequately. Catering equipment, electric power, water supply and transportation services are provided by the College whereas workers employment and other management activities are closely supervised by students. The dining hall follows the official College calendar closing for some holidays including between semester breaks.
