Mission |
| 1. To produce well-disciplined and competent military engineers who would have dynamic personality, serve their nation whole-heartedly, obey the Constitution and use military technologies effectively. |
| 2. To be a center of innovation and research and development that are relevant to Defense and that equally equip the Army with the necessary knowledge to effectively use military technological advances. |

Vision |
| To be a center of excellence in promoting and expanding standardized education, training, research and development programs that produce competent military engineers and researchers who meet the needs of MoND and obey and respect the Constitution whole-heartedly. |
Objectives |
| To provide upgrading training programs for members of Defence engaged
in production, operation and maintenance. To offer consultation service. To conduct research, based on the needs of the Defence. To provide professional support for technical training institution with in the Defence in order to keep standard and effectiveness of training programs. To identify job title and qualification grades for technical and engineering professionals of the Defence. To offer extension and correspondence program in technology and engineering. Advice the MoND in matters related to development of Defence Research and Development centers. To train and avail qualified scientists and technologists through the conducts of research and training in these fields. |
